Wine School::Elements of Wine

 

This class is vinophiles (or would-be vinophiles) who are interested in developing and improving their tasting abilities.  If you find yourself at a loss for words when your friends are throwing around terms like VA, back palate, and fruit tannin, this class is for you.

You will learn the foundation of tasting - how to identify the grape composition, the region from whence the wine hails, and the type of oak used to age the wine.

 

A variety of wines will be served and pondered.
